i found the staff very efficient. ryan, the catering manager, seemed to anticipate every need, which i thought was lovely. the spa facilities were fantastic. the room was very comfortable.
i noted the small car park was full upon arrival. there was no valet parking available, so i needed to park on the street nearby.

the menu offered several choices. i had ordered extra toast and butter. the butter arrived promptly, but the toast did not appear. the evening meal stood out for its excellence.

the breakfast IS great with staff who helps. the location provides advantages for exploring. front desk workers arranged taxis quickly. They also handled luggage transfers without delays. the amenities are easy to access.
i found the room decor looking old. carpets had visible stains. paint had come off in places. it was evident both in general areas. this included my own room.

the staff helps and is very friendly. i saw staff members assist with luggage. staff managed taxi requests effectively. the front desk IS always ready to meet needs.

I noticed some areas in the communal spaces looked a bit worn and could use some updating.

Excellent stay for a special occasion

I visited for my wedding anniversary. we received an upgrade to a spa suite. The room had very good facilities. the heated outdoor swimming pool and hot tub were highlights (especially with snow on the ground!). breakfast was very nice too. The selection was broad.
the car park was full on arrival, and i needed to park on the street. this was a slight inconvenience after a long drive. valet parking could mitigate this issue.

The outdoor pool was very clean and had good facilities. The location is good, it allows you to enjoy the surrounding area. Free charging was available for my electric car. Breakfast tasted very nice.
The room was very hot at night and I could not find any air conditioning controls in the room.
